- Orders are shipped via Blue Dart, India Post, Delhivery, Shiprocket and other trusted carriers.
- If courier service is unavailable in your area, we will ship through alternative logistics partners.

- Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
- Dispatch timelines may vary depending on order size (bulk orders) and availability.
- As a B2B website, larger or customized orders may require additional processing time.
• Domestic Shipping (India)
We offer Priority and Economy shipping across major pincodes in India.
Estimated delivery timelines are:
Priority: 4–5 business days
Economy: 1–2 weeks
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and logistics conditions.
• International Shipping
- Madrascuts ships worldwide.
- Shipping options available:
- Express Delivery: Up to 7 business days
- Economy Delivery: 10–15 business days
- Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, volume, and destination at checkout or via custom quotation.
- For countries not listed at checkout, customers can contact us for assistance.
• Shipping Address Policy
- Each order can be shipped to one address only.
- For multiple delivery locations, separate orders must be placed.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including address, pincode, and contact number.
• Tracking & Delivery
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email.
- Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of placing the order.
- We make every effort to track shipments through to successful delivery; however, delays arising from courier partners or unforeseen circumstances may occur and are beyond our direct control.
• Taxes & Duties
- Domestic orders include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
- For international orders:

- These charges are to be borne by the customer and collected by the shipping carrier.
• Damaged or Tampered Shipments
- If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:
