At Madrascuts, we strive to ensure a smooth ordering experience for all our customers. As a B2B website dealing in bulk fabric orders, our cancellation and refund policies are structured accordingly.

  1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.

Cancellation requests must be sent to:

Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Customers are requested to review orders carefully before confirming purchase.

  1. Returns & Eligibility

Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Returns are applicable only in the following cases:

  Damaged product

  Defective fabric

  Incorrect item received

Due to the bulk (MOQ-based) nature of orders, returns are subject to verification and approval.

Minor variations in:

  Color

  Texture

  Print or weave

are inherent to handcrafted fabrics and will not be considered defects.

  1. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.

  1. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:

Orders below MOQ requested as exceptions

Change of mind after purchase

Slight color or design variations

Delays caused by courier or external factors

Incorrect address provided by the customer

  1. Return Shipping

Return shipping instructions will be shared after approval of the request.

In case of valid defects or errors from our end, return shipping may be covered by Madrascuts.

In other cases, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
